So I was looking through my photobucket accounts and decided I would put this here because dammit I miss my 400's

My first one was my 1998 K1500 ecsb, 350 blah blah blah

First picture I saw of it on the craigslist ad, I decided I wanted it and went and looked at it on the lot at 1030 that night. Went to the bank the next day and took the money out of my account and bought it without as much as a test drive because it was my dream truck.

Took it to the beach a week later and sunk it in the mud

Then made a little crappy light bar out of scrap metal in 10 minutes for it that stayed on for a month or so before I didn't like it. Also 1.5" block, crank, straight pipes, and 5% tint layered on.

Then came some 35x12.5x17 inch mud grapplers and nbs 17 inch steelies.

Stayed like that for 24 hours before I threw the 3 inch body lift on

Then came tinted tails and smoked headlights

Then my exes neighbors backed into it, they owned a body shop so they repaired it for free but messed up and the bondo was cracking and was real wavy which is one of the reasons I got rid of it.

Then I sold it looking like this

I loved that truck and still wanna try and find it one day.

The first pictures I took of it..
My buddy showing the size so I could send my girl a picture

Bought it and drove to my buddy’s house and had it stripped of the unnecessary stuff within an hour

Thanks man, I am currently in the process of trying to get a 400 even if it means sacrificing my 800... my parents aint too thrilled about it and said they would pay my 800 off for me so I'm prolly gonna keep that deal.

Nice trucks man. Damn didnt realise you could fit 35" tires under a somewhat stock truck other then cranking it and blocks. Did you have any rubbing issues before you installed the body lift?

Thanks and the only thing that it rubbed was the front valence. Other than that it rubbed frame and torsion bar at full lock but that didn't change with the body lift so it always did that.
