I have a 92 k1500 with 9 inches of lift

My question is. I replaced the TPS sensor and pigtail on my truck, there is a lever in the back of it and also a lever coming out of the throttle body. Now, does the lever on the sensor go behind or in front of the one coming out of the throttle body? The way I have it now is in front of the throttle body lever and it idles at 1500 rpms which is way too high. So, which one pushes which?
Thanks

But to answer your question, the lever on the TBI will push the sensor. The sensor has no motor, it's just a sensor

tps sensor for a tpi i should say. regardless it has no place on your truck unless someone tpi swapped it. if thats the case then youd need to reprogram it.
