Surging at idle/2-2.5k rpm

So my 94 tbi 350 2500 is surging at idle and while driving between 2000-2500 rpms. It also stalls out when reversing under light load. See attached video.

What is the fuel pressure?

Connect a scan tool, find out what the computer is trying to tell you.

How old are the usual "tune up" parts--plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, PCV, fuel filter, air filter. Is the base timing set proprley? Does the timing advance work? Does the IAC work? Have you ever cleaned the IAC air passage or throttle plates? Is the EGR working properly?

How old and what brand is your ICM and coil? Does it happen more often once the engine warms up as apposed to when it's cold?

Icm is pretty new, acdelco, coil I have no idea. I put in a new distrubutor, wires, plugs. It has headers and a full exhaust. Was misfiring really bad till the ignition repairs. Now just surges stalls in reverse
