spark plugs

Okay guys lets hear your spark plug opinions. Ive always just ran standard autolite plugs. Im sure we have all seen the claims of added horsepower added mileage added this added that. Ive never tried the gimmic of more then one ground strap, the v plugs or e3 plugs. IMO it can only spark off one stap, so why have 3. Im getting ready for my first plug change on my new motor so just wondering whats the best route. Lets hear some facts to

I didn't even know what engine you had to even tell you what to run, know that we know, stock is perfectly fine.

Im running ngk tr5. I don't like all fancy stuff, regular ole plugs ftw!!!

I run ac delco. I tried e3 on my moms impala and ran like crap. I put delco in and runs excellent.
