simple Cup Holder Install?

I bought a factory dash mounted cup holder.

this one

I went to install it figuring I would just unscrew the screws that were there and pop it right in.

The problem is, it seems one of the holes in the dash was not drilled out and there was no screw in it.

Is it just a simple drill a pilot hole and put a screw in? Or is there something more?

mostly worried because I don't want to damage the A/C box.

You don't come anywhere near the A/C box installing the extra screw.

thanks, I wasn't sure, because it looked like it was drilling into the black plastic of the a/c

so I drilled the hole, but could not get my hand in there enough to install the second screw. One screw seems to hold well enough, next time I take it into my mechanic I will have him put in that second screw.
