Can someone help me make sense of this?
I’ve replaced the ECT Denson and I’m getting the P0172 and P0175 codes which say that I’m running rich, but when I look at the data grid my Air Fuel ratio is coming back as lean.

Some symptoms:
- My mileage has dropped significantly
- there is a stumble when I’m maintaining a steady speed
- Exhaust smells like gas, not horrible but it’s there
- Rough, low rpm (600ish) idle on initial start up, smooths out in a few seconds.

1997 Suburban k1500. 260,000 miles. I’m using the DashCommand app with a WiFi OBDII reader.

Thanks!

What is the O2 sensor data--Front AND rear?

What are the short- and long-term fuel trim numbers?

I presume that the engine was not fully warmed-up, as the engine coolant temp is low.

You have symptoms of over-rich mixture. The computer is setting rich codes. My guess is that the engine is running rich. Fair chance that you've toasted the catalytic converter(s) as well.
