routing heating hoses

i have a 95 suburban and i need to find how the heater core hoses are ran. i got to conflicting answer before. it does have front and rear heating. currently the PO bypassed everything. and the the truck has a hose connecting the front from the water pump to the rear pipe coming from behind the intake.
