Replaced hydrobooster issue

I just replaced my hydrobooster on my 93 c3500 now the pedal doesn't return all the way up and brakes stay applied , I already removed the return line and fluid is coming out .I don't know what to do next

may still be air in the system.

Jack up the front wheels and slowly turn the steering wheel lock to lock a few times, listen for whining or look for bubbles in the pump reservoir. Dont let the pump go low on fluid or you'll just suck air back in.

These are technically self bleeding but may take some time to work itself out.

Was this a new or used hydroboost? it could also be contaminated..
