89 k1500. I have a hydroboost and master from a 94 k2500 going on. Waiting on the pedals because the place I got my nv4500 forgot them.

- Do I need to swap out the Saginaw for one from a k2500/3500? I looked at one and it appeared larger than what’s on my 1500? Maybe perspective was messing with me. Just looked bigger.

- What about hoses? I assume there is a pressure line to the hydroboost from the Saginaw and a return line. What about to the steering box?

Pressure line go from pump to booster then to steering box. Return lines both run back to the pump reservoir but can be tee together if you don't want to change the pump.

I believe the steering gears are the same
