Would it be worth regearing my current setup from 3.73 to 4.10? Looking for more pulling power while passing at freeway speeds. Any suggestions?

Tire size? If you're pulling a heavy load all the time, it would help some, yes.
Otherwise, 4.10s are not a highway friendly gear for close to stock tire sizes. You run out of rev fast. I'm at 2500 RPM around 105 kph (65 mph). That's on 265s, unloaded. Truck details in sig.
Would it be worth it regearing to 4.10 for me? Especially if I got 315 tires? Would it be enough to really notice for the work?
if your going to 35's i would go to 4.56 no question. if you have a 10 bolt i'd look for a 14 bolt to swap in the new 4.56 and a locker of your choice. then swap it in and convert the front diff if you have one.
35's and 3:73 puts too much stress on the trans, even 4:10 will make it constantly shift out of o.d. on the highway
