Rear Drum Brakes are Locking up

My rear drums on my 96 k1500 are locking up. Went out in the driveway this morning to pull down around back to the garage, and when I went about 25 feet, and hit a bumpy part of the driveway the passenger side locked up. Pushing the E-brake, and/or brake pedal in and releasing it seemed to release it for a rotation or two and then it would lock right up again. When I jacked up the rear and spun the tire, it feels like it's spinning freely until it hits something. Any Ideas?

Probably some hardware broken in the drum. Just have to pull it off and see.
