Yes that is correct. The directions are pretty much straight forward. Cost was $219 for everything, raptor spray, spray gun, paint, and sanding block.

Can't wait I've been hesitant to do it, but your picture made up my mind!

Only 2 liters out of the 4 in the package but had some leftover in the second one. Still have 2 liters and paint leftover for other projects.
