Pretty sure those black caps in the eBay listing attach in a different way than the later ones like the chrome one in your picture. Notice they don't have holes for the plastic lug caps like the chrome one does, they're all one piece.

Yea the black ones look like they pop on over the lug nuts? Anyone have any experience with them? Was the 2500 light duty wheel differnt than the standard 16” rally on the 4x4s?

These use a lug nut that has a notch on it. The later style that have the separate plastic "lug nuts", use a lug nut with a threaded section on its top.
At least that's what I remember, from when Dad was doing hubcap combinations, trying to get something he liked the look of,that wouldn't fall off or be easy to steal.
Guys, feel free to offer up corrections.....

When you say notch do you mean the top is smaller than the whole lug nut or or there is an actual notch to lip into? Can you send a picture or link of what you’re talking about?

The seller isn't clear on that. I know these are the style lugs we needed to run the PY0's on my 90 square body Burb, had to find 32 of them in the right size. Have you checked online at RA or other places to see what they recommend? Only actual 400 lug nut experience I have is on my Burb which uses the standard aluminum wheel lug nuts, and they're under the cap so not chrome. The cap for the 10 spoke N90 wheels fits the wheel, not on the lugs.
This is the spare wheel but it gives an idea of how it fits.
