Raise rear seat in an extended cab?

I was wondering if anyone here has raised the rear seat in their extended cab to make more room for a sub box? I own a 93 GMC ecsb and have two 12inch subs. Right now they are in temporary boxes until I figure out my box design for under the seat. Sure would be nice to have a couple of spare inches under that seat!

Buy a box for 2 12" subs. I bought a single under the seat on ebay. They have doubles too.

i had 2 12s in my old ext cab. fit perfect. im wanting to build a box for 4 sundown audio sa-8s. i want to raise the seat up a little to give some room to make it easier when i build the box
