Radio Clock Stuck at 1:00 and Radio Frequency Stuck At 98.1 Issue

I think I'm getting there. I just need to source the component now. That may be a difficult thing to do. Not giving up yet though.

I've seen the aftermarket stuff. The one with the round dials does look nice and it fits the original location, but my truck (1994 K1500 Blazer) is all original and in almost cherry condition. I want to keep it that way.
