Does anyone know if the radio buttons for the 1992 style radio tuner are available in the after market?

Anyone make decals for them?

Any tips on how to restore them and make them look new?

They are a bit complicated inside as they have a lens to (presumably) capture the light behind them.

I'm surprised no one is making these for the aftermarket, or at least some decals. After cleaning the buttons and scraping the top layer off, here are before followed by after pictures:

Can't imagine there is enough demand to justify the setup & overhead costs. Not to mention that with many people, the stock stereo is one of the first things to hit the trash can. You can still find plenty of suitable donors in treasure yards.
