power window

i have a 1993 chevy k1500 my passenger side window sometimes would go down an up but very slowly then it came to the point where it would go down with the drivers side switch and up with the passenger side switch then it just stoped working all together. so i put a new window motor in and that didnt fix it. so then i got a new switch to try from the parts store i started on the driver side i put the switch in an nothing worked. i then tried it on the passenger side it went down but not up so i put the old switch in and it went up. so i started testing my wires. i did voltage drops on both switchs it had over 12 volts i did avaliable voltage it had over 12 volts i tested my grounds and they tested out ok and i tested my fuses and there ok. i have no clue why its not working any other suggestions thanks.
