Power window motors

Is there a newer or another window motor I can put in my truck? I could probably roll mine up faster then they go. Could I take a motor off a nbs or something to make it better?

I doubt there is an issue with the motor. Likely it's old dried up grease in the pivots and the slide. When you pull the door apart, remove the window and wash out the track on the bottom, as well as the one on the back side of the inner metal panel. ( that the regulator mounts on )

Wipe the rollers, and apply fresh low temp grease and re-install. The window should go up and down like it did when it was new.
