Like the title says. I washed the engine bay, I made sure not to directly spray the alternator or electrical connections. The truck started immediately after washing, I let it sit for about 45 minutes and then tried to start it again. It didn't want to. It tries to turn over but seems to choke. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It happens. Get as much water out as you can then just let it dry out. A fan, air hose, leaf blower will help speed the process. Most likely got water in the distributor. Get the air moving and walk away for a while.
