My truck is my main project, but I've got my brother's '83 stang. Just a little four speed straight-six but he is seriously considering dropping in a 350 somehow and a 6-speed. Here we were toying with the police. And before anyone says anything, the cop was speeding illegally and I know almost the whole force. He was doing i think 50 in a 30, and we were keeping right up. When he slowed down and saw us, he smiled and flipped me off.

That also looks like an 82 at best.

83 went to the triangle shaped grill instead of the big cheese grater style.

The top would have been finished today if I had been sent the right parts.
Got the wrong type of welting. Manufacturer's mistake.
It's the last piece to get put on. Goes across the top rear bow, & around the bottom of the top. It's the stuff that hides the staples. It'll be here Tuesday A.M.

The rear window has a couple of wrinkles, just from going up & down all day. Final heating with the heat gun will fix 'em up.
