Port/Polish machining of my intake

I’m sending my Whipple off to Jon Bond performance to get a conversation from a 1.6L to a 2.3L. I have a 96 K3500 CCLB with a 7.4L 454 gas motor. While the truck is apart, what do y’all think about me doing a port and polish on my upper and lower intake manifold? Also a little bit of machining to at least gasket match everything.
