PO2041 code help

so my trucks SES light turned on yesterday so I scanned it and it said po2041 o2 heater circuit on bank 1 sensor 2. so I replaced that o2 sensor and now no ses light but my truck still hesitates when given throttle. I read the voltage readings of each sensor on the obd2 scanner and they all read something except b1 s2, however when I give it throttle it does rise very little but does not go as high as the other sensor readings...help please! thank you

now the code went away but "HTR" and "CAT" is flashing on my scanner. also emmisions is orange. instead of green or red. help...???
