Alright I'm curious how do you do such a good job on changing the color

its just selectively changing a specific hue range...this is an old video using an old version of PS, but it hasn't changed much in newer versions and it might help...

that video is part of a series of the 'top 40' tools and things in photoshop, which is a great series to watch if you're interested in learning PS better, just remember that he's using the old CS4 version, most things are similar, so they're still very useful.

Aloicious is correct, I have Photoshop 7.0 - You go up to Adjustments / Hue - Saturation, then just slide the "Hue" back and forth till you find a color you like!
