Nv4500 swap questions

So I was curios if I was to do an nv4500 swap what would I need?

Its obvious I need a tranny lol. What about a pcm? Can I use the one from the auto? What about the flywheel? Or bell housing? And what about the transfer case? Will these work with a manual?

Transfer case will have to be swapped to one with a 32 spline input shaft, or swap the shaft itself. You need the manual flywheel and clutch setup, brake pedal and clutch pedal. There are a few threads asking the same question.
