No, it's a bag on bar wishbone/3 link setup. There's pictures of the upper wishbone up there somewhere.

he will need to remove the bed to remove that tanks. but hes got a water trap for each comp and he can drain the tanks from the bottom port. and ill have the whole system on check valves so he can crawl under and drain all the air out of the tanks if he wants without it droping on him. so the tanks will never need to be takin out
