New to me Truck, What's first?

While going down the rabbit hole of replacing with OEM vs Performance parts, I came across a thread with what I'm thinking of doing with the brake system. thetruckstop If anyone that has done this can confirm the ease/correct fitment of these upgrades it would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of Numb Nutts who don't change the fuel filter and then blame it on the "bad" design of the fuel pump. And because they don't maintain the filter, they want easy access to the frequent pump changes........
