Nope, you can reuse TBI head bolts. If you were ever to do it again, then i would change them

Will I have to reset the valves after I put in the new valve stem seals? If so what does this consist of

Ok heads off valves out two are burnt got all new valves. do I need to take the heads to a machine shop to get the valve seats milled or just clean them up real good?
