New upper control arms with ball joints. Torsion keys/bar cranked the same (that I think) bolts are same length.

Just bc the bolts are same length does not mean it is adjusted correctly. Most trucks have different amounts of bolt showing when the truck is level. This is common from the factory on various trucks I have seen/owned. Variances in bar spring rates and truck weight left to right would be part of it I'd imagine.
