metal leaf bushing sleeves

whats the best way to remove the metal bushing sleeves from leaf springs?

I'd use a bushing removal tool and air hammer. Or use a hydraulic press.

if you already have the rubber out - you can always cut the metal with a sawzall but be careful not to go to far and cut the spring eye. then chisel and hammer, or air hammer .... comes out pretty quick. I just did this on my 3/4ton leaf springs
