LT4 hot cam swap

keeping black box, having it tuned by black bear.
lt4 hot cam
ls6 beehive blue springs
787-16 comp retainers.
same vortec heads

anyone done this? i know its popular just looking to see if there are any common problems. any help appreciated.

I was gonna do the LS beehives until I found out they install .100" taller than the Vortec stuff which takes .100" off the lift they tolerate and increase seat pressure significantly.

Forgot to plug those and also to add that offset locks will only get you halfway there and place the self aligning rocker nubs dangerously close to the retainers.
