That looks like an aftermarket horn button, but those can be used for anything that uses a larger current draw like a horn or remote starter switch.

My Truck had a total of (5) Five different switches/buttons in various locations - not a one was hooked to anything when I bought it. It was an old snow plow truck, so probably for lights or something.

I bought this truck because it had a bench seat, and I had grand visions of having my wife sit in the middle while I'm driving, like a good country woman. (like you see in the movies)
...She said no. The truck is ugly and smells like a barn. Sigh, onto the next dream!
