I checked out that link and I don’t have that style flasher anywhere on my truck. I have the bottom half of the dash torn apart and see nothing like it.

It's in the fuse panel in the driver footwell.

So this is the one I found and swapped out. Square E29 relay is what the truck calls for

Yea it’s a 4 pin and this is the one I have for it

That's the same style I have, I'm all LED exterior, hazards work. Not sure why yours aren't.
Do you have the old one?
