I am having that same problem but with these (picture below). When my parking lights are off they blink fine when I turn on my parking lights they will not blink but the arrows in my cluster stay on. Also I thought maybe it had to do with me using LED for parking and using normal for my corner lights so I swapped out my corner lights with led and they will not flash either if my parking lights are on. I'm using the ep36 (I think) flasher relay and that only got rid of the hyper flash.

There is a relay that u can buy led blinker relay await once online just get it and it'll solve the issue

I got the led flasher relay I think it is the ep36 but all that did was get rid of the hyperflash.
