You can download TunerPro RT (free) and get an ALDL cable ($60) and learn how to flash your own, with some help...
http://www.tunerpro.net (data logging and programming)
http://aldlcable.com/aldl.asp (USB cable for OBD1 or 2)
http://www.moates.net/datalog-and-reflash-c-97.html (Emulating and burning hardware)
http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Injection/forum.php (multitude of info)

Always better to data log, tune, data log, and re-tune, until it's right. If you want someone to do the tuning, with these tools you can do it remotely, less downtime!

I've never had any experience with a 97 but, check out the Moates site support and help, they're always glad to help. Gearheads' site has excellent and knowledgeable moderators and members.

Well, I got it all in and it's running smooth. I've replaced the exhaust, 02 sensors, plugs, wires, rotor and cap. I've driven about 500 miles and average about 13-14 mpg on highway and 10-11in town. I'm sure this will come up some as the engine settles in. I still need to get a tune done and replace the stock torque converter. But overall, I'm pleasantly pleased with the power and performance so far.
