With the 26918/787 combo on the stock heads would the stock locks and valve stem seals work ? or is there different ones needed ? also would this be good for .550 lift or .525 ?

yeah, locks and seals will be fine. I don't know the actual lift limit, but I was fine with .510 lift with just the 26918/787's before I ended up changing heads
