Alternatively, Helm Inc. Still sells new copies of the GM factory service manuals. Be prepared to drop a couple hundred bucks though.

If I remember correctly the printed parts catalogs stopped after 1991, digital only after that point. Service manuals are a different item and available in later years, sets and individual volumes appear often on ebay.

Call your friendly GM dealer tell him what you are trying to do and ask them to email the screen with external oil cooler parts.
I just did it yesterday to find the right part for a Tundra tailgate assist ram.

Oh have your VIN ready before calling

Oh have your VIN ready before calling

If your truck didn't have it the dealer won't be able to look it up by VIN. Their EPC is easier to use if you have a VIN and it minimizes errors on their part, but if you're trying to add something to your truck that didn't originally have it they will they will grumble and make excuses. It's nice when you find a parts guy that has played around in the EPC and can think outside the box when looking things up.

Hadn't thought of that I am just so used to having to have the VIN whenever I call.
