I need help with hydroboost!!!

I am looking to do the hydroboost swap on my 96 Chevy K1500,i have opted to buy everything new or remaned.I will keep the power steering pump and just splice into it.tell me if i need anything else to make this happen. booster,2 high pressure lines,1 low pressure line,brake pedal,master cylinder,T-fitting and hose clamps.Do i need a spacer between the booster and fire wall? Any help will be greatfull.I will all so be puting on 3/4 ton front calipers and switch to a 14 bolt sf rear axle.
