There's a LOT more. The door panels, inner door wiring harness, steering column, shifter underdash wiring harness, gauge cluster, stereo.
Hopefully you have an entire donor truck.

Another member did the dash swap, have to use same door upholstery to fit . Not a weekend easy fast project.

Don't forget the steering column support, steering column, and a lot of the trim plastics have to get changed, too. It's not a small job. Plenty of people have done it but also more than a few have halfassed it and it looks terrible that way, or abandoned the job in the middle of it.
