how to remove the steering wheel airbag off of a 95 k1500?

How do i remove the airbag on a EARLY production 1995 chevy K1500? all the videos I have found are for the later style airbag retention with the spring loaded bar

Use a small screwdriver and there are 2 access holes from the back. Put the screwdriver in the hole and lean it to one side. You will feel it release. There are 2 holes, not difficult.
