how do you guys jack your lifted trucks?

Those hi lift jacks can be dangerous if not used with caution. The handle can shoot back up and hit you in the head if now locked in properly. Ive seen it happen before. Luckily it hit the guy in the arm instead of the dome piece.

well that's just carelessness on that guys part. If he (or whoever it was) would have locked it right, they wouldn't have had a problem. Also, the offroad base can come in handy too.

I have a 3 ton floor jack from pepe boys but it doesn't lift high enough. Can I just put a couple bricks underneath it?
