Hood flew open, looking for paintless body repair ideas.

As the title says, hood flew open (I'm a dumbass) going 20-25mpg up a hill, and now I have these lovely dents at the mounting points on both sides. Anyone have any luck popping these out themselves? I've messaged a couple local paintless dent repair folks for quotes, but I'm betting they're going to be expensive for what it is.
