Help with wiring??

Okay so I did a motor and tranny swap into my 97, and i've been going through and plugging all the plugs back together. So heres the issue.. The transmission has three spots to plug back into correct? Well I have a 4th plug and can't find a place for it to go...

T case switch?

no. it doesn't go back to the t case. but all plugs are attached to the transmission . Its attached to the harness that runs ontop of the transmission

its manual 4x4. but where does that plug to? there's no female end for this plug.. anywhere... yet it was plugged to something before.

I don't know what it is.. don't know where it goes.. its just there.
