I'm installing a remote start system. My 97 two door regular cab Silverado has factory keyless entry. I've seen articles saying I have positive trigger, negative trigger, and other types. I'm hoping I have the regular non relay type but need to know for sure.
How can I find out?
Thanks again for the help

Do you mean powered switched, or grounded switch activation? Or relay controlled?
Your best choice is download the OE service manual and check the operation description and the wire diagrams.
Search here in forum for downloads.
