where did these things change in the 88-98 trucks. looking at '95 models I can still see the same 'frame' as the earlier 88-94 poking from under the dash. 96 seems to look different but I was looking for a definitive answer on this as I am about to buy a donor vehicle to rip the interior from. I want the later heater box but only want the single air bag dash.
