What years had quad GLASS sealed beam headlights?

I like so many of you, am dealing with headlight improvements. My 1996 GMC SLE K1500 needs to shed it's composite headlights in favor of actual glass sealed beams of some kind. I really don't want to go back to the late '80's base model two headlight front end. Yet, I'd also like replaceable...

It looks like a 9006 pigtail fits tighter than the original 4703 pigtail. Super easy to find 9006 pigtails.

Dorman 85896 for the low beam, Dorman 85897 for the high beam. About $10/ea.
