Figure 10 plus hours. Make sure the heads aren't cracked when you get them off so don't plan on starting on Saturday and taking it to work on Monday unless you have pre-checked heads, cracks are pretty common as the mileage gets up.
Torque wrench, steering pump pulley tool, a variety of sae and metric tools. New exhaust hardware (Bolts and studs), and head bolts.
