Grinding noise engaging reverse with 5 spd..

I have a 92 with the same trans, It grinds 1-2 and 2-3 but is good everywhere else, is that synchro's too? And does anyone know of a aftermarket hydrolic line from the master cylinder?

the 4-Speed in my '87 F-150 "Clunks" into reserve everytime, seems normal.
