Yep. Those are black 17" Soft 8s. I love that truck too. The color is the Medium Blue Metallic that was my '91's factory color. He custom-made the billet light covers.

Unfortunately, it's not. Actually, that one looks better than stock. The stock emblems were gold bowties on a black background. I've seen a few of them on the roads in Texas back in the day.

Yes, it's a Denali/Escalade bumper. I've always wanted to do a similar look with the GMC grille using a '99-'02 Sierra bumper.
