GMT900/GMT800 Body Mounts in GMT400 Frame

Does anyone know if newer body mounts will fit in these trucks? I've heard that they will through a handful of threads here and elsewhere, but an aftermarket manufacturer I've talked to says that the GMT400 cab mounting brackets on the frame have smaller holes than the newer trucks.

I posted in that thread after I noticed it was stickied, my fault. After reading the thread it turns out they fit if you do some light alterations to the holes and file away some material. I'm not keen to that in the case I want to use different mounts meant for GMT400, now I have too much clearance.
