If you're looking for a 10 inch wheel and a 13.5 width tire you'll need quite a bit of negative offset. The minimum I'd run would be -36. That ends up being 4 in of backspacing. Most of the people I know with OBS trucks and suvs run wheels with backspacing somewhere in the 4 inch range.
